What you get with every repair

A full blueprint

Hidden damage is found before repairs begin, so the estimate matches the real work and surprises stay rare.

Manufacturer procedures

We follow the vehicle maker’s published repair procedures for your exact model, including calibration of safety systems.

Documentation in writing

Photos, measurements and procedure records for every vehicle. It supports your claim and shows the repair was done correctly.

How a repair works here

Each step exists because it makes the repair safer or clearer for you. Anything that doesn’t, we leave out.

  1. Teardown and blueprint

We disassemble the damaged area, measure the structure and list every part, material and tool the repair needs.

  2. Written estimate and insurer paperwork

You see the full scope and cost. We send photos and procedure documentation to your insurer so the claim reflects the real repair.

  3. Repair to manufacturer procedures

Structure, panels, paint and trim are repaired the way the vehicle maker specifies, with the right tools and approved materials.

  4. Calibration and quality check

Cameras, sensors and safety systems are verified. A final inspection compares the vehicle against the blueprint.

  5. Delivery with your records

You drive away with a clear summary of what was done and the documentation to back it up.

Teardown blueprint example: a black sedan in side view with four marked damage points. A, buckled rail behind the bumper. B, sensor bracket out of position. C, rocker panel crush under the trim. D, cracked rear mounting point.

You choose where your car is repaired.

Your insurance company may recommend a shop. The decision is still yours, and you can choose the shop you trust to repair your vehicle correctly.

Ask us about your claim

Why we do this work

When you walk into a collision center, you’d rather be anywhere else. One of your most prized possessions is wrecked, by your own doing or someone else’s. You’re not sure the car will ever be the same, or even safe. You don’t know how to handle the insurance company or what they’re willing to pay for.

What you want is someone who takes the anxiety and stress off your hands, and gives you the confidence that you and your family can safely drive your car again. That’s where we come in. After years of dealing with insurance companies every day, we can negotiate your claim on your behalf. We have the experience, equipment, training and care to return your vehicle to pre-loss condition.

Relieving your stress gives us a sense of purpose. So does knowing that the best possible repair protects you if you ever have another collision. For us it’s more than a profession. It’s our responsibility to the community, and fulfilling that mission is its own reward.

Built by someone who has done every job in the shop.

Marc started in collision repair because he wanted to work with his hands, and he has spent four decades getting better at it. He has run his own shop, led technicians, and audited repair facilities to check that cars were being fixed to manufacturer standards.

The biggest lesson was simple: a repair that isn’t planned and documented can’t be trusted. That’s why every vehicle here is taken apart and blueprinted before work starts.

Palm Coast Collision Center is organized around that idea. Technicians share one goal, which is a vehicle that is safe the next time you need it to protect you.
